Apple Picking!

We ventured out to Water's Orchard in Germantown, Maryland, a small, locally owned apple orchard growing close to 20 varieties of apples and open to pick your own from August through November. We had so much fun, bought so many delicious apples (which have already gone into a pie and the pie devoured), and thoroughly enjoyed leaving the city, if only for a couple of hours to see the "country", it was a unanimous decision to go back again next year and make this an annual trip!

If you weren't able to join us but still want to go picking - get a group together and go! It is totally worth it!
