Greenhouse Growing

We constructed our Greenhouse this past weekend with thanks to some of our dedicated student and staff gardeners! Our greenhouse will allow us to continue to grow vegetables throughout the winter, by trapping the heat from the sun inside and keeping the air temperature a toasty 60+ degrees, and the soil a warm 55+ degrees.

Inside our greenhouse, we have radishes, turnips, beets, lettuces and kales, carrots, onions, peppers and tomatoes growing. We have space for some more test plants, and we have purchased more seed to see what we can get to grow! Have a suggestion for what we should grow? Send us an email and we will see what we can do!
